The program commenced at 9:00 AM with the arrival of the Chief Guest, District Sports Officer Mr. R. K. Sharma. The Principal, staff, and student council warmly welcomed the distinguished guest with floral bouquets. The ceremony began with the unfurling of the school flag, followed by an impressive and synchronized march-past by the four school houses: Nehru, Tagore, Raman, and Patel. The Chief Guest formally declared the sports meet open by lighting the ceremonial torch and releasing colorful balloons into the sky. 
Various athletic competitions took place throughout the day, including 100-meter sprints, 400-meter relay races, long jump, shot put, and tug-of-war. Students from all classes participated with immense energy and dedication. The highlight of the day was the thrilling tug-of-war final between Tagore House and Raman House, which drew loud cheers from the audience.
