Vasectomy is a permanent surgical sterilization procedure performed in males to prevent conception. In this surgical operation, a small portion of both vas deferens is cut and tied up through a small incision made on the scrotum. This prevents the transport of sperms into the ejaculate, rendering the semen free of sperms, while testosterone hormone production remains completely unaffected.
